* Must submit proof of residency in the same residence no less than 6 months.
* Must submit a valid rental contract.
* Must submit 3-day notice/eviction notice.
* Must submit proof of income to ensure payment of next month’s rent (pay stubs, notice of Social Security or SSI).
* Must submit rental receipt from previous month.
* Landlord’s Name, Address and Telephone Number for verification of acceptance of check.

(For job searches, medical appointments, school. Limited to not more than four (4) per month.)
JOB REFERRALS
JOB REFERRALS are available through our collaboration with businesses and other agencies. We also assist with preparing resumes, job applications and the like.
HEALTH SCREENING
HEALTH SCREENING is available through our collaboration with the Orange County Health Care Agency and Mental Health Association for screening and treatment for communicable diseases.
Requirements for Service
Clients must present California identification (Driver’s License or Identification Card) with picture on it, showing a current address in Orange County on every visit for service. If current address is not shown on California identification, or for any other form of identification, clients must show recently received mail (preferably a bill) that shows current address.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES TO ANYONE.
