The bedroom carpet and padding was completely waterlogged and the drywall damaged due to the leaking pipe in the wall from the tub faucet. Contacted Home owners Insurance and they sent out a claims Adjuster. Service Pro bought in three dehumidifiers to dry out the bathroom(1)and bedroom(2) Dehumiders ran for 24hr/xdays in the batrhroom and 24hrs/x days in the bedroom

P W. Stephens Environmental Inc tested the room for asbestos and lead and determine both were present. They bought in a hazmat team to remove drywall and floor tile.

Drywall was replaced, painted and new carpet and padding installed.
